About Maya & The Collective

Maya Cochran founded Maya's Pet Collective to offer reliable, in-home care for pets who feel best in familiar spaces. Since 2023, she's supported families across Bexley, Eastmoor, and Berwick, guided by an Animal Science & Behavior degree from Unity College.

With an emphasis on consistency and safety, Maya provides daily visits, overnight stays, training, and special care, tailoring every visit to the animal's routine and temperament.

Services

  • Drop Ins

    I come to your home to care for your pet in their own space. Standard visits are 60 minutes and can be customized to your pet’s routine. Expect fresh water/feeding as needed, potty breaks or litter care, enrichment or cuddles, and a quick tidy of pet areas. I leave when your pet is settled and content.

    Great for: mid-day care, kittens, puppies, seniors, cats, small animals.

    Includes: tailored activities + concise update with photos.

  • Walks

    Perfect for busy days. I’ll pick up your dog at home for a 30-minute walk followed by up to 30 minutes of play (fetch, yard zoomies, gentle enrichment - whatever your dog enjoys). I match pace to energy level and weather.

    Great for: exercise, boredom relief, leash manners practice.

    Includes: water refill, paw wipe if needed, and a post-walk summary with photos.

  • Overnights

    Choose full in-home overnight care (I stay the night) or a sleep-at-home option where I leave at night and return early each morning. Overnights include multiple daytime check-ins with walks, meals, and companionship. Frequency is tailored; many families choose every ~3 hours during waking hours for comfort and routine.

    Great for: puppies, seniors, anxious pets, multi-pet homes.

    Includes: evening and morning care, scheduled daytime visits, lights/curtains/trash/mail on request, and detailed updates.

  • Special Care

    Have a need that isn’t listed? We’ll build a plan together. “Special Care” can include basic training refreshers, desensitizing for reactive dogs, drop-ins for lower-maintenance pets, medication support, or other unique routines.

    Great for: behavior goals, medical routines, exotic/small pets.


    Includes: customized care plan and progress notes.
