Cancellation Policy - Overnight Services
- To secure your booking, a 25% deposit is required.
- If your plans change and you need to cancel 14 days or more before your service date, the deposit is refunded in full.
- If you need to cancel within 14 days, the deposit becomes non-refundable to help cover the time reserved for your pet(s).
